In my final year of high school I only needed five credits to graduate so of course I enrolled in exactly five classes, not a class more. On the last day of school everyone who was graduating had their names posted on the wall in the gym, however, mine was not there. So while my friends rejoiced at finishing what seemed our never ending high school years, I went into the office to see why I was not listed. Upon review it turned out I failed one class – Art.
I’ve never missed a deadline since.
